Travel Tips and Advice for March Break Snowbirds

Travellers are being reminded of a few things before taking off for March Break. With plane tickets in hand and paradise just a few hours away, Cottage Country travelers may need to double-check some things before departing.  Neil Archer from On Your Travelz in Bracebridge reminds people to make sure all forms and documents are valid prior to departure.
Vaccinations and travel insurance are also on the top of Archer’s list for anyone travelling out of the country.
Once things are planned and all angles are covered, Archer says it’s also key to make an itinerary for the day of the departure including travel time to the airport, and if you’re travelling with others, consider those travel times as well.
You can check out the Travel Advice and Advisories website to stay informed of anything that may affect your vacation.
