District officials are taking one last look at the 2018 budget.
Tomorrow night District of Muskoka Councillors are expected to approve the financial forecast after reviewing it one last time. The budget was slightly increased during the last review as councillors agreed on a need to put more funds into the Hospital Financing Levy for existing and future needs for Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare.
The proposed tax levy is at 1.7 per cent or about $15 on a $300,000 home tax bill. The district meeting starts tonight at seven in Bracebridge.
