The Southern Georgian Bay was called about a report of a suspicious man walking on the road in Midland at around 12:30am on Monday, at King and William. The OPP says it investigated and is now laying charges against the 30-year-old. The charges include possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, carrying a concealed weapon, and unauthorized possession of a weapon. The accused has been released from police custody and will be in court to answer to the charges.
