Muskoka Watershed Council is inviting you to let your kids Go Batty.
Partnered with RiverStone Environmental, and the Muskoka Bat Collective the organization will be holding a special family forum all about bats on Thursday. Rebecca Wilson with the District of Muskoka says it’s a great opportunity for kids to learn more about these important animals.
Wilson says the Muskoka Bat Collective is an organization that focuses on bat species at risk and finding ways to help increase these populations. The free event is being held at the Muskoka Discovery Centre in Gravenhurst at 4 in the afternoon.
