Man facing child porn charges back in Huntsville court in October

The former head custodian at Riverside Public School facing child porn charges is back in court next month. Forty-five-year-old Jaques Francois Roger Comte was not present at Huntsville court this morning. His court appearance was adjourned to give the defence more time to work on the charges. Comte faces two counts of Possession of Child Pornography, one count of Making Available Child Pornography and one count of Accessing Child Pornography. Comte is set to appear on October 15^th.
