Police are not laying charges following a serious collision in Muskoka.
OPP officials say an investigation into a single-vehicle crash that happened on Highway 11 near High Falls Road in early January is now closed.
Seventy-eight-year-old Mary Needham of Mississauga died from her injuries in Toronto-area hospital after being pulled from the crash. Another person had to be extricated from the vehicle and taken to South Muskoka Hospital with unspecified injuries.
No other details have been released.
