Muskoka Community Foundation is helping students in Almaguin reach for success.
The foundation is taking applications from students in South and Central Almaguin who are moving onto college or university. Students can be going to high school in Muskoka but must be living in the Almaguin area. You can apply for a grant to cover up to $5,000 of your post-secondary costs. Applications will be accepted from January 8th to February 2nd. MCF will announce the grant recipients at the beginning of March.
This fund was created to help students just outside of Muskoka that may need some help paying for their education past high school. You can find more information on applying for this grant on the MCF website when the application period starts in January.
