The 13th anniversary of the September 11 attacks on the twin towers were commemorated this morning with a ceremony in New York. The National September 11 Museum will be open to family members of the victims on the anniversary, which features artifacts and photos from the attacks. A new, nearly completed One World Trade Centre has also been built over 500 metres above ground zero. Family members of those killed in the attacks gathered this morning to read the names of their loved ones who were killed when two planes hit the World Trade Center.
