Two people from Niagara Falls are facing shoplifting charges in Bracebridge.
On Saturday, Bracebridge OPP was called to Walmart where management had stopped two people who were allegedly trying to leave the building with stolen merchandise. According to police, about $500 worth of items were recovered by store staff. A 62-year-old man and woman were both charged with theft.
They’ll be in court in Bracebridge on January 9th to answer to their charges.
