Over $50,000 worth of cocaine seized after driver caught speeding in Muskoka

A drug investigation is coming out of a speeding charge in Muskoka.

On Friday, an OPP officer stopped a driver on Highway 400 near White’s Falls Road in Georgian Bay Township. The officer had clocked the vehicle going over 150 km. While speaking with the driver, the officer noticed a white powdery substance in the car. Over $50,000 worth of cocaine was seized and three men from Guelph were charged with possession of drugs for trafficking.

The OPP says it is continuing to investigate.
