You can make a difference in a child’s life this Christmas.
The Gravenhurst Salvation Army is working with the Gravenhurst Fire Department to run the second annual toy drive. During the Santa Claus Parade, firefighters will be accepting unwrapped new toy donations. All you need to do is have the donation ready when the firefighters walk by on the route.
Officials are hoping to fill at least one entire fire truck with toys by the end of the parade. Firefighters will also accept non-perishable food donations for the Salvation Army Food Bank. All donations will go to the annual Salvation Army Christmas Hamper program.
The Gravenhurst Santa Claus Parade runs in the morning at 11 on November 25th.
