Local Scotiabank branches raising money for the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation

Scotiabank branches in Bracebridge, Port Carling and Gravenhurst are selling bricks to build a wall of support for the South Muskoka Hospital Foundation. The bank started the campaign August 1st and it will run until September 12th. People can visit any of the branches to make donations and put their name or the name of their company on one of the bricks, to show support. Tax receipts are being issued for donations of $25 or more from the Hospital Foundation. Scotiabank is also matching up to $5,000 on this fund raiser, which means that the first $5,000 in donations will double to $10,000. The Bracebridge Scotiabank is also holding a ‘scrubs day’ on August 28th to highlight the campaign.
