Now that it’s getting darker earlier police have a major reminder for drivers in Muskoka.
Officers want you to turn on your lights before hitting the road to head home from work. Officials say even if there’s some light left in the afternoon, it makes it much easier to see you on the road if your front and rear lights are on.
Officers say it’s also the law to have both sets of lights on one hour before sunset and after sunrise. If you’re caught without your lights on by police you can be fined $110.
