The old site of the Allensville Hall may have a buyer.
Huntsville will be holding a special closed-door council meeting on Wednesday morning to hear details on a buyer interested in the surplus property on Old Muskoka Road.
The Allensville Hall was torn down in 2013 after town officials decided the building had deteriorated beyond repair. Since then, the property has been for sale. A real estate advertisement lists the property as a residential lot at a price of just over $34,000.
No details on the potential buyer have been released.
