Pretrial for Bryan Boland continues into December

No trial date has been set for a Bracebridge man accused of murder.

A pretrial for Bryan Boland has been extended to December 11th at the Bracebridge Courthouse. The pretrial originally ran in September and was already extended to October. Pretrials can be used to review evidence and witness testimonies that could be used in a trial. Boland was arrested and charged with first-degree murder in May after the body of his wife was discovered in their driveway on Wellington Street.

Boland has not yet made a plea in relation to this charge.
