Police charge Burk's Falls man with assault

A Burk’s Falls man faces assault with a weapon charges. Almaguin Highlands OPP says on Wednesday August 27^th, the accused confronted two men on Ontario Street and was holding a knife. He assaulted one of the men, but the accused ended up getting a cut to his hand. He was taken to hospital with minor injuries and then charged.
