A Sundridge man is facing a list of charges including theft-related charges.

The Almaguin Highlands OPP arrested the 23-year-old on Tuesday following an investigation into two home thefts in the area. A home was broken into on Monday and the thief stole over $5,000 in cash and jewellery. The other theft happened in September when cash and a wood splitter were stolen from a home in Machar Township.

Charges against the suspect include theft, uttering threats, assault with a weapon, breaking and entering and possession of stolen property. He appeared in bail court today in Parry Sound.
