Fall colours are getting ready to peak in Muskoka

Now is the time to take in the fall colours in Muskoka.

The Ontario Travel Centre says the change in leaf colours is getting to its peak point in the district. Officials suggest using the Lions Lookout in Huntsville, Huckleberry Rock in Milford Bay and the popular Dorset Tower to view these colours.

While Muskoka is still in full colour bloom, officials say Algonquin Park has passed its peak after an unusually early start to the leaf colour change. However, there are still pockets of colours along the Highway 60 corridor.
