Ongoing construction on Highway 60 is causing some lane closures next week. Starting on Monday, the highway will be down to one lane at King William/Muskoka Road 3 for ten days. Construction is also likely to be running 24 hours a day starting next week. The off-ramp to Highway 60 from Highway 11 southbound is also still closed.
The MTO estimates the $10 million project will wrap up at the end of October. The work was contracted out by the MTO for paving, culvert replacement, granular shouldering and electrical rehabilitation.
