Almost $6,000 was raised at this year's Run for the Kids

Run for the Kids was a huge success. On Saturday, The Meet Place Centre for Growth and Health in partnership with RBC hosted this event to raise funds for the Creative Living and Learning Program at Huntsville High School. About 75 people runners and volunteers participated and raised $5,947.40. The Meeting Place says they are grateful for the community support, while the account manager with RBC, Aimee Sinclair says the energy was amazing. She says the kindness of others was truly apparent at this event. Creative Living and Learning teaches senior girl students ways to cope with mental illness.
