Pickup truck driver dies after collision with tractor trailer this morning in Oro Medonte

The lone male occupant of a pickup truck has died following a collision with a tractor trailer this morning in Oro Medonte.  The lone male occupant of the tractor trailer was treated and transported from the scene to Soldiers Memorial Hospital  in Orillia for treatment of minor injuries.
Investigators expect the intersection of Old Barrie Road and Line 7 of Oro-Medonte will remain closed until 1pm today to complete their investigation.
