There are a few construction projects happening around Bracebridge this summer as construction is underway. Ecclestone Drive is going to be under construction until late November from the Silver Bridge to Wellington Drive. That work is for road rehabilitation, and all businesses in the area are still open.
On top of that, the Highway 118 bridge and the Taylor Road bridge over Highway 11 are both down to one lane.
Ball’s Drive from Highway 118W to Covered Bridge Trail is closed to thru traffic for bridge reconstruction. There is no date on when that project will be done.
