Brock Gould pleads guilty in connection to the Dolores White murder

Brock Gould will stay behind bars. Gould was originally charged with accessory after the fact in the death of 85-year-old Dolores White in Kearney. Gould appeared in Sundridge Court yesterday. The courthouse says the accessory after the fact charge was withdrawn. However, Gould plead guilty to obstruction of justice. Gould was also charged with failing to comply with a court order and public mischief, which were withdrawn as well. In addition to time already served in jail, Gould will serve another 162 days and two years probation. White was assaulted in her home early in the morning on April 6th, but died on her way to the hospital. Declan Letters plead guilty to second-degree murder and is back in court September 22nd for submission of sentencing.
