The Town of Bracebridge has a new Manager of Planning. Matthew Holmes was appointed to the position yesterday.
He reports to Cheryl Kelley, Bracebridge’s Director of Planning and Development and is responsible for the processing of all planning applications submitted to the Town. Holmes has worked for Bracebridge for 15 years, most recently as Senior Planner. He has a broad experience with numerous types of planning applications.
