Bracebridge man charged with stealing a vehicle

A 21 year old Bracebridge man and a 19 year old Barrie man have been charged with stealing a vehicle. Today at 1:53am OPP stopped a vehicle on Westvale Drive in Bracebridge. It had been stolen in the Barrie area on July 21^st. Two males were inside who police say were also in possession of stolen items that were taken from vehicles in the Glendale Road and Meadow Heights area of Bracebridge. Both now face a number of charges related to the thefts. The 21 year old also faces a pot possession charge. They’ll both be in court August 1^st.
