Main Street in Huntsville is going to be filled with local artists creating masterpieces and giving it up for auction. The sixth annual En Plein Air is happening today. Organizer Kelly Hollinshead says it’s going to be a great event.

You will get the opportunity to see various artists create pieces for the auction. Hollinshead says you’ll be able to see a few 3D artists this year.

The live auction starts at 3pm with all the proceeds going towards bursaries to help local students continue their education in the Fine Arts. Hollinshead says it’s an event you don’t want to miss.

To date, over $16,000 raised from En Plein Air was put towards these bursaries. This event is put on by The Shutterbug Gallery and the Huntsville Festival of the Arts.
