HWY 11 SB is down to one lane between Stephenson Road 2 and Stephenson Road 4. That’s due to a tractor trailer well off into the ditch. traffic will remain slow moving for the time being. OPP want you to watch out for emergency vehicles in the area. A detour exists from Stephenson Road 4 to Lone Pine Drive to Stephenson Road 2.
