Huntsville OPP charge Edmonton man for DUI near Highway #11

Huntsville OPP have arrested and charged an Edmonton man for drinking and driving near Highway #11. At around 12:30am on Sunday, police noticed a Dodge Ram pickup truck that was parked on the ramp from Aspdin Road to Highway #11. Police stopped to check on the well being of the driver. The investigation found that the driver of the pickup truck had been drinking.  The 40 year-old faces charges of impaired driving. He has had his licence suspended for 90 days and his vehicle impounded for seven.  He’ll appear in court on August 13th.
