Summer day programs are bringing freedom from stress to young lives in Muskoka.
The YWCA Muskoka has made self-care and stress management the theme of their summer day programs.
Facilitator Marcy Hill says that many grown women struggle with busy lives and these programs will help girls build better self-care habits while they’re young.
This includes finding ways to relieve stress by using natural spa products and unplugging from electronics once in a while.
The YWCA Muskoka programs are set to begin in July and run daily.
