Bracebridge's Derek Ruttan nominated for four CCMA's this year

Bracebridge’s hometown country music star Derek Ruttan has been nominated for four Canadian Country Music Association Awards (CCMA). He’s up for Single of the Year for his song “Take The Week Off”, Producer of the Year for the Take The Week Off album, Video of the Year for “Take The Week Off”, and Songwriter of the Year along with co-writers Connie Harrington and Jessi Alexander, for the song “Mine Would Be You” which was recorded by Blake Shelton. The awards happen in Edmonton September 7th.
