Paddle for Fairvern has their first challenger. Chair Rob Laver says our local fire department is on board again this year.

Huntsville/Lake of Bays Deputy Fire Chief Gary Monahan says it’s a really great event to be a part of with funds going to a great cause. He says they’re hoping to exceed last year’s goal.

The car wash is happening at Canadian Tire on July 26th. Paddle for Fairvern happens on August 9th. All the money raised will go to the Fairvern Nursing Home building fund.
