On January 1st, Colorado legalized the sale of cannabis for recreational purposes to adults over 21, while in Washington stores are expected to open sometime this spring. In Canada, Federal Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau says he agrees with the legalization of pot and has even smoked since being MP.
