The Town of Bracebridge is raising the flag on Autism Awareness.
On Monday, Deputy Mayor Rick Maloney was helped by a group of kids to raise the Autism Ontario flag.
Maloney says it’s very important to recognize the work Autism Ontario does to help those in the province.
The flag raising was in recognition of World Autism Awareness Day, which fell on Sunday this year.
Maloney says the town will be flying the flag for the rest of the month to continue to raise awareness for Autism.
