Norm Miller is very pleased with a recent partnership the Town of Gravenhurst has made.
The Parry Sound Muskoka MPP says he’s happy to hear Maple Leaf Education Systems is interested in turning the Muskoka Regional Centre into a Canadian-Chinese High School.
Miller says the interest in Gravenhurst comes from a very special connection with China.
He says this development could bring 200 construction jobs during the build and then 200 permanent jobs for the facility.
Miller hopes the current building owner, Infrastructure Ontario, looks to approve the sale of this property quickly.
You can see all of Miller’s comments during the Members’ Statements at Queen’s Park on Monday below.
