Almaguin Highlands OPP charges a man for speeding and carrying marijuana

A North Bay motorist has been charged with racing and drug possession on Highway 11. Almaguin Highlands OPP were patrolling the highway in Strong Township around 8:20pm last Thursday when they saw a car travelling at a high rate of speed. Police stopped the car and after an investigation found the driver to have marijuana. The 23-year-old will face racing and possession charges in a Sundridge court later this month.
