Dan Mulligan is also on the executive with the Parry Sound-Muskoka Federal Liberal Party Association. He’s making the rounds drumming up interest in a free public screening of the marijuana documentary ‘The Union’, which is being shown at Nipissing University’s Bracebridge Campus on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

Mulligan stresses his views are personal and have no connection with his being a police officer. OPP Media constable Peter Leon says the OPP as an organization don’t support calls for legalization.
