More kids out and about this PD Day

More kids are going to be playing outside or walking the streets today. It’s PD Day and the OPP asking you to be extremely careful when driving in town today. The expected blowing snow could make it harder for you to see. The OPP also asks you encourage your kids to stay away from snow banks. Meantime, high school students start their second semester tomorrow.
