In a little over a week, Tim Hudak will officially quit his job as Ontario PC Party leader and the work in finding a new on will begin. Back on election night, our MP Tony Clement was listed as a contender for the job. At last week’s Riding Report in Muskoka, Clement said he was honoured by the idea.

However, Clement said he wants to focus on his job as MP for Parry Sound-Muskoka and president of the Treasury Board of Canada.

Meantime, the Ontario PC Party has their work cut out for them. However, Clement said he’s optimistic in the party getting back on track.
