The OPP is continuing to target snowmobilers that don’t want to follow the rules.
This past weekend trails in Oro-Medonte were on the radar for Barrie OPP as they stopped 75 snowmobilers.
A few snowmobilers went home with tickets as well for things like failing to stop at a stop sign, driving without insurance, and driving an unregistered vehicle.
This crackdown on snowmobilers follows 13 related deaths this winter so far.
Police are reminding all snowmobilers to stay safe on the trails and follow the rules.
