With the snowfall yesterday and the chance of seeing some freezing rain this afternoon, officials have cancelled buses in Muskoka for Tuesday, February 7th.
Environment Canada is suggesting this afternoon we’ll see an extended period of freezing rainfall, lasting into tonight.
Here is a list of all cancellations announced:
All buses to schools in Muskoka for Trillium Lakelands District School Board have been cancelled.
This includes all buses to Honey Harbour Public School, St. Dominic Catholic Secondary School, Monsignor Michael O’Leary, Saint Mary and Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Elementary Schools.
The Nippissing Parry Sound Students Transportation Services have also cancelled buses in:
– Mactier, Humphrey, Rosseau
– Town of Parry Sound
– East Parry Sound South – South of Hwy 522
– South River/Sundridge
– Burk’s Falls/Magnetawan
– Katrine/Emsdale/Kearney/
Muskoka Christian School is closed for today. Muskoka Montessori School is open, but the after school program is closed.
