The freezing rain hitting the district is going to move well into tonight and possibly into the morning.
This from Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Coulson.
Coulson says we should expect to see a significant accumulation of ice build up on the roads and sidewalks.
He says the possibility of seeing freezing drizzle is fairly high for Wednesday morning.

Update 2:30pm:
Environment Canada has extended the warning into the late afternoon and is still calling for about two to five millimetres of ice accumulation on the roads.
