Bracebridge’s Community Improvement Plan is a success.  Mayor Graydon Smith says that since last summer, the Town has received a total of 12 applications and has given close to $60,000 in municipal funding. The new plan, which was launched in April 2013, helps to expand local businesses by providing them with building improvement loans and grants. Some initiatives the Town has helped with so far include new signage for Mullin’s Pet Store, The Pasta Shoppe and Belle’s Boutique.
