Quit smoking with the health unit’s help this January
If you’re trying to quit smoking, you don’t have to do it alone. The Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit is raising awareness about a number of workshops in the area to help smokers quit.
The “STOP” workshops are meant to share tips for success, general information, and will have free nicotine patches. If a workshop isn’t for you, there are free phone apps to help quit, or contests with cash prizes.
Get in touch with the health unit at at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520 for more information.
