The Southern Georgian Bay OPP has laid charges from a stop during the Festive R.I.D.E. campaign.
On Saturday, officers pulled over a vehicle at a check stop in Penetanguishene on Lafontaine Road.
Officers felt the driver was acting suspicious and after a bit of investigation found he had been suspended from driving a vehicle.
The 34-year-old from Tiny Township was charged with breaching probation and driving while under suspension.
He will appear in court in Midland on January 26th.
