Muskoka Melody group performance receive 'Pay It Forward' Community Investment Grant

Muskoka Melody group performance is the recipient of a Pay It Forward Community Investment Grant. On June 21st, the sold out show, “Sounds of the 50s & 60s” will be played by a group of seven volunteer performers at the Port Carling Community Centre. Cassandra Rowswell, one of the Muskoka Melody singers and the person who applied for the grant says the performance was created to raise funds for The Brock and Willa Wellness Centre in Port Carling. The grant is provided by Muskoka Community Services and will help to pay for more than half of the show’s expenses.
