Bracebridge OPP urging drivers to be cautious on winter roads this weekend

The Bracebridge OPP is warning drivers to be cautious as we head into more snowy weather over the weekend.
On Wednesday, police attended over 20 collisions around the region during one of the heaviest snowfalls Muskoka has seen this year.
Constable Mo Tilson says drivers need to remember to be cautious of other vehicles while on snowy highways.
Tilson says before you hit the road, it’s just as important to make sure your vehicle is clear of all snow on windows, lights and the roof.
On Thursday, icy roads caused at least a dozen more collisions along Highway 11 between Gravenhurst and Bracebridge.
Environment Canada is predicting up to another 20 centimetres of snow will hit the region again starting Friday night.
