X-ray appointments are now available on a walk-in basis in Muskoka. Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare is changing its scheduling process, saying it is trying to better meet the needs of patients.
That means you don’t need a scheduled appointment for x-rays at the Huntsville Hospital, the South Muskoka Hospital, and the Almaguin Highlands Health Centre.
However, a referral from a doctor is still needed. All other diagnostic imaging visits will still require a scheduled appointment.
The new x-ray times are:
- Almaguin Highlands Health Centre: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm
- Huntsville District Memorial Hospital Site: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
- South Muskoka Memorial Hospital Site: Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm
