UPDATED: Major snowfall to hit the entire Muskoka region tomorrow

All of Muskoka is now under a snow squall watch in the region for tonight.
Meteorologist Mark Schuster with Environment Canada says these areas are going to see quite a bit of snow.
Schuster says the excessive snowfall will continue tomorrow in the afternoon.
Officials suggest avoiding the roads if you don’t need to travel, as the snow squall activity will cause major issues on the roads and near zero visibility.
Schuster says, while this snowfall is going to taper off by Thursday evening, travel towards the south is not advised as Orillia and Barrie will be hit with another intense storm on Friday.
