Police make arrest in Poppy Box theft in Orillia
Orillia OPP have made an arrest in relation to a stolen poppy box in the community.
On November 4th, police were called when the donation box was stolen from a business on Mississaga Street in Orillia.
Police reached out to the public through Twitter and received information that helped with tracking down a suspect on November 29th.
Officers charged a 37-year-old woman from Severn Township with theft under $5,000.
Police are thanking everyone for their help in providing information that led to this arrest.
