New nominee for Gravenhurst's municipal election

The town of Gravenhurst has received another nomination for the upcoming 2014 municipal election. Dave Pinder filed his paperwork for Ward 3 Councillor yesterday. The municipal election happens October 27th. Nomination papers can be filed with the clerk until September 12th at 2pm. Applicants interested in running for office must be eighteen or older, be a Canadian Citizen, reside in Gravenhurst, be an owner or tenant of land in Gravenhurst, or be the spouse of an owner or tenant in Gravenhurst.
